Compact 520 nm - 810 nm Optical Isolators

           

EOT’s Tornos Series Compact Optical Isolators provide high transmission in the forward direction while strongly attenuating light traveling in the reverse direction, effectively protecting laser diodes from the deleterious effects of back reflections. EOT’s Tornos Series Compact Optical Isolators allow for optimal isolation and transmission at a specific wavelength within the spectral bandwidth of the isolator.

Benefits:

· Eliminate frequency instability in single frequency laser diodes and HeNes

· Eliminate mode-hopping in external cavity diode lasers

· Eliminate parasitic oscillations due to ASE in amplified diode laser systems

· High transmission allows the use of less expensive, lower power laser diodes
